The color wasn’t quite what I expected, but it still looked okay once I had it. I just wish it had been clearer what I was supposed to do next if I wasn’t fully happy with it, because the next steps weren’t really obvious.

"Felt pressured to order, but the packaging was great"
I ordered from afloral.com and felt a little pressured to get it right because I was worried the stems might show up bent or crushed. But the packaging was really solid. The box felt sturdy, and the stems were wrapped nicely without it being excessive. Everything looked clean and in good shape when I opened it, which was a relief. Happy with how it arrived.

"Really nice flowers, I just ordered at the wrong time"
I ordered a few stems from afloral.com they looked way better than I expected. The weight was nice, the colors looked realistic, and nothing showed up bent or messed up. My only issue was totally my own bad timing because I ordered when I was already in a rush to finish a project, so I stressed myself out more than I needed to. But the flowers themselves were great and I’m really happy with the quality.

It got here fast. Like, I was expecting to wait a bit longer, but the shipping was way quicker than I figured, so that was a nice surprise.

"They’ve consistently had what I needed"
I’ve ordered from Afloral a few times now, and at this point I kind of just expect them to have the stems and greenery I’m looking for in stock. Usually when I find something cute, I assume it’s going to be sold out somewhere, but that hasn’t really been the pattern for me here.
Checkout was straightforward, and my order showed up with everything included. Nothing overly complicated, which is exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely order from them again.

"Customer service that actually felt helpful"
I had a small issue with my order and didn’t expect much when I emailed them. As someone who gets easily turned off by bad customer service, I really appreciated how they handled it. They replied quickly, were genuinely nice, and it didn’t feel like some copy-and-paste response. They fixed the problem without turning it into a whole hassle. I’d definitely order from afloral again because the service felt easy, friendly, and actually human.

These were exactly the size I expected, which isn’t always the case with similar ones I’ve bought from other brands. No weird sizing surprises at all, and they fit my vases just like I was hoping

I was surprised by how many stems Afloral had to choose from. I went in looking for specific colors for my table arrangements, and I ended up finding the exact shades I needed, plus a little extra greenery I hadn’t planned on. The site was easy to browse, and everything felt really fresh and current. I’ll definitely shop there again.

"Finally, Nothing Went Wrong"
I’m used to something being off with online orders because that’s usually how it goes for me, but this one actually came exactly right. The stems and colors were the ones I picked, nothing was missing, and nothing got swapped out. Kind of a relief for once, and I’m happy with it...

I ordered a few stems from Afloral, but once they arrived the colors just weren’t quite what I had pictured for my room. They weren’t bad at all, just didn’t match the look I was going for, so I decided to send them back.
I expected the return to be a bit of a hassle, but it was really straightforward. I didn’t have to follow up or chase anyone, and once they received the items, my refund came through quickly. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Looks surprisingly real on my table"
I ordered a few faux stems after getting the confirmation email and receipt, and they turned out better than I expected. They actually look real sitting in a vase on my table. The colors are soft and natural, not that shiny plastic look some fake flowers have. Shipping was smooth too, so I’d definitely buy again.
